Shadow Footprints

The rain was very heavy last night, waking me several times. I keep some earplugs beside the bed and eventually used them to get a quiet night. Handy things for helping me sleep.

Two weeks ago I ordered a new dining table and chairs from Noel Leemings. It was due on Saturday. I made sure I was home all Saturday. The salesman said that if it was available early they would let me know. Today I got a call from the salesman telling me it has been delayed, by another month. I'm not a happy customer. Surely someone knew it wasn't going to get to me before Saturday. If they had better customer relations they would have contacted me by Friday at the latest, even if they were unable to give me a delivery date.
