Flying Windmills sounds like the name of a band, and "Windmills in the Sky" could have been an old 60s or 70s song.
The technology behind power generating kites, for that what these are, sounds impressive, with their tether to the ground, but I don't think I'd want to live too close, in case something happens and they fall from the sky.

Imagine the weight of the cable that length, sufficient to carry that current. Also, it would be quite a hazard to aviation!
