I&#8217;m already making the title of each entry a permalink to the individual post, and as a &lt;h2&gt; heading it has more significance than a &lt;h3&gt; heading. I don&#8217;t need search engines to consider the dates to be important so that just uses &lt;p&gt; and CSS to style. I got the idea from <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nicholascarvan.com\/blog\/optimizing_your_movabletype_blog_for_google.html\">Nicholas Carvan&#8217;s page<\/a> but many sites describe this.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> When I started this post the title did have some meaning; my broken foot is going through a pain stage. I&#8217;ve decided not to write more of a <em>woe is me<\/em> post, so I won&#8217;t go on about how my cold is getting worse. (Flowers can be sent to my home or work addresses.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In six weeks, I will have been at my current job for four years, a record for me, surpassing the three and ten months I did in my last position in Hawkes Bay. Some of the time I spent at that company I hated; my supervisor and the owner both had the mentality of accountants, not managers. I was tied to the district nursing my mother, and there are fewer IT options in provincial towns. The redeeming feature of that job was the time I spent out of the office with clients. Part of me seems to be wired to help people and\u00a0<em>teach a man to fish<\/em>\u00a0principles. When I interviewed for my current job I stated my intentions to get into Project Management. I even started studying for a post-graduate diploma in It and Management at AUT. Unfortunately, I have not had the opportunity to do much project planning here, but my Business Analysis skills have improved.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>That title will screw up people&#8217;s expectations in the search engines.
