This recipe makes about a cup.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p> <strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>125g rocket lettuce, stems trimmed, roughly chopped<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 garlic cloves, finely chopped<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50g walnuts, roughly chopped<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50g parmesan cheese, grated<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>70-80ml extra virgin olive oil<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>salt and freshly ground pepper to season<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p> <strong>Method<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Blend the rocket lettuce, walnuts, parmesan cheese, and seasoning in a food processor until smooth.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gradually pour the olive oil into the running food processor until well mixed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Store in the fridge.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>If your garden is producing lots of rocket lettuce (arugula), then here&#8217;s a recipe to use without making another salad.
