Simple to make and sure to impress.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I found this recipe in <a href=\"http:\/\/www.acpmedia.co.nz\/ACPMagazines\/Recipes\/tabid\/716\/Default.aspx\">Recipes+ magazine<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>About \u00bd-\u00be cup stewed Rhubarb<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>125g Butter<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00be cup Sugar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 teaspoon Vanilla extract<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Eggs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\u00bd cups <a href=\"https:\/\/shadowfoot.com\/recipe\/substitutions\/flour-substitution\/#self-raising-flour\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"640\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">self-raising Flour<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bc cup Milk<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Method<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Prepare the loaf pan by buttering and lining it with baking paper.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cream butter and sugar.
