Adjust the tin size and oven setup to ensure the topping bakes evenly for the best results!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The photo shows it made in a 25cm tin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00bd cup strong Black Coffee, cooled<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>150g Butter, melted<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00be cup Sugar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 eggs, separated<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\u00bd cups Flour<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 teaspoons Baking Powder<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00be Caster Sugar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Method<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Mix melted butter, first measure of sugar, and egg yolks together.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fold in sifter flour and baking powder alternately with coffee.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Place the mixture in a lined 20cm tin.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Beat egg whites until stiff.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gradually beat caster sugar into the egg whites until the mixture is thick.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Spread topping over the cake mixture.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bake for 45-50 minutes in a pre-heated 180\u00b0 C oven or until an inserted skewer comes out clean.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cool in tin.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dust with cinnamon to serve.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This Cappuccino Cake combines a rich, coffee-infused base with a sweet meringue topping, creating a delightful treat for coffee lovers.
