The photo shows just half the recipe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>250 g Cream Cheese<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>250 g Sour Cream<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Red Onion, finely chopped<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Tomatoes, finely chopped<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd Avocado, diced<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd Red Capsicum, finely diced<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd Yellow Capsicum, finely diced<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd cup Sweet Chilli Sauce<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 bunch Fresh Coriander, roughly chopped<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Method<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Mix cream cheese and sour cream together. Spread on a platter.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Layer the red onion, tomatoes, capsicums, and avocado over the cream cheese and sour cream mixture.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Grind fresh pepper over the top<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Drizzle the sweet chilli sauce over the top.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sprinkle with the coriander and serve.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>This dip is firm enough to serve it on a cake platter for great effect.<br><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I discovered this recipe at my local Cypriot cheese maker.
