The weather is so nice. I am considering going rollerblading tonight. Reasons not to are
- It’ll be cold by then
- I’m still limping
On the other hand
- The exercise will be good for me
- My foot is held in the boot and I don’t move it in the walking motion, which causes the pain.
Update: Skipped the rollerblading, I just had a session with the dumbbells and swiss ball.
